Wow, how did that happen? Is the 10 frames/second too much?

Not sure about the Olympus billboard. I've always thought negative advertising will annoy as many as it may amuse. It is funny, but Canon do make great cameras so it seems a little desperate.

No one seems to know. The owner said that he only discovered the melted area when he was cleaning the camera.

I agree, to get involved in this kind of game one has to be very sure of oneself, as this kind of tactics tend to backfire. I hope that this billboard is only a local idea and is not conceived at Olympus' top level.
