My first DSLR using kit 40-150 at 150mm, f4.5, 1/180, ISO 100. Flower in my backyard, late afternoon with built in flash used. Shot in RAW, converted to jpeg and resized to fit here. No post processing done. Critiques?

Thanks for the feedback, Paul. I'll get an external flash soon and that might improve the lighting. I took the shot of the snapdragon with the 150mm setting on the zoom lens in order to blur out most of the background, so it was probably about 7 ft away.
