new Sigma 50mm - PhotoCamel

I just read that Sigma is soon releasing a new lens..50mm f/1.4 EX DG HSM. The glass is ready for pre-order for Nikon, Canon & Sigma, my question is ...does anyone know how long Sigma takes to put out a 4/3 lens after the initial release? I purchased a Sigma lens for the first time a little while ago (105mm macro) so I'm not too familiar with the company release habits.

p.s The reason I'm asking is because I'm in the market for a good prime lens.

Can't help you there.......but I have been delighted with the 30mm 1.4 they make in 4/3 mt....cheers

I'd be interested in a 50mm f/1.4 myself - though a f/1.2 would be nicer

. Sigma seem to have a bit random when it comes to providing 4:3rds mounts for their lenses, but I can that one being particularly popular amongst the user base.
