Default Bought me a used Olympus E-1 and found....
Bought me a used Olympus E-1 and found out that it has only 320 shutter releases so I really bought a NEW E-1

Great catch . That should last you a very long time. They (Olympus) don't build them like that any more .

Congratulations, the E-1 will last a very long time no matter how many actuations it has had.

You may want to check or update the firmware. (You can do this with the Olympus Master software - download page here.) Version 1.4 seems to reset the actuation count. But with a shutter rated for 150,000 cycles, it's a tough little camera.
