Default Anywon tried an E-510 as a microscope camera?

Hi, Picked up an E-510 and was thinking that, with live view or theathered shooting, it might be interesting to try it on one of my microscopes or my telescope. I do have the OM to 4/3rds adapter so I was wondering if they made microscope adapters for the old OM series? Also, does anyone know if there are any good T-mount to 4/3rds adapters? Or should I piggyback a T-OM adapter on the OM-4/3rds adapter?
Thanks,
Pam

Here is what I am planning...My E 510 should be here in a week. I picked up a used microscope, a standard OM T Mount Adatper and a 4/3 Adapter. At Surplus Shed (surplusshed.com) You can pick up a microscope adapter for about $20 which requires a T mount. The 4/3 goes onto the E510 and then the microscope adapter with the Tmount goes onto the camera. It'll be several weeks before I actually get to it cause when I get the E510 I'll be climbing up the learning curve. I have a nice OM System and am just now getting into digital. It sounds like you may have had more experience with microscope and telescope photography, so maybe you can give me some tips!

I have been trying now the whole evening to get the proper picture with this setup: 510 with a t-mount adapter and a tube which goes onto the third tube of the trinocular microscope. The problem is that I get a very sharp picture in the microscope itself, again a very sharp picture in the live view, but whatever I do, the picture taken by the camera is not totally sharp. It is sort of ok, but not as clean-sharp as on the 510 monitor or the microscope ocular into which I can look. Any idea what might be wrong? Also what would be the best set of parameters to use as a manual combination for such photographs? I tend to switch sharpness correction and antishock stuff off... THANKS!
