Default E-510 Test Images

I've posted 3 test images from the 510 I received yesterday. They are posted at the following link. All were taken with the std kit 40-150 lens and auto WB. All are hand held with IS on and Noise Filter set at standard. I didn't do any PP except for the Noise Ninja on the last one.

One is at ISO 800 another at ISO1600 and the last is the ISO 1600 processed very quickly through Noise Ninja.

Cool! Can you post some 100% crops? This is a final production model? That means I should have mine soon!!!

Nice work Maddog - thanks for sharing. i have to say I'd be happiest with the ISO1600 with NR off looking at the samples. I found the last one that was PP'd looked the worst to me . ISO800 with no NR also looks more than acceptable.

I have also posted some shots showing the effect of IS at the same site and some images at ISO 100 showing levels of blue sky noise at low iso.

What's your take on these shots vs say the E-1?

I need to see more shots... I would love to see a well illuminated smooth face/skin to compare.
