Cool! I prefer the darker version. Would be interesting to see the E-400 with such a big lens attached. Did you use the lens collar?

Yes I use the 50-200mm lens collar with this as having all that weight on the E-400 seems unwise. Probably just being over-cautious, but it's good practice anyway to support longer lenses this way rather than having the lens mount take the strain.
