Ah, haven't done in a while, have I? I need to stop playing World of Warcrack and get out! I mean I just got a couple of days of a break from work.
I think I have posted this one before: By the way, did you do post processing in yours? - Raist3d PS: Thanks for your call to action! I actually appreciate it. I have tomorrow my class with my teacher after 6 months of not seeing each other.. I expect Pai-Mei like discipline (Kill Bill #2 Reference). |

You've been playing that WOW too long - just say no
.* Anyway, great sun shot. You've done the right thing in showing lots of sky and the horizon has lots of tonality. An instant fave.My shot did have some levels adjustment to it, but nothing excessive.* The figures are statues on the beach - see http://www.visitliverpool.com/site/product-p76741 |

Here's one I shot off my balcony (not being one to travel too far.....) with my E-300. It naturally exposed for the highlight, giving a typically dark image, so I tweaked it in PS and came up with this result.

Very tranquil and peaceful feel to this one. I like the composition with the Sun out go the left and the boat in the foreground. Where was this taken - Portugal I guess? (knowing you're there a lot from posts on other forums).

Malakor, I like the sky a lot. I wish the building wasn't there. I know how it is, it's like when I did this:
![]() I wish that background was gone (the buildings). Oh well. PS: Just because I have gotten asked- there's Zero post processing in this shot. I think I set the camera B&W filter to red (the Olympus setting, not a real filter). |

I was shooting for the sun through this lovely old tree located in San Juan Bautista CA near the mission that was founded in 1797.
See you in your pictures. Colby |
