Wonder why not for the US market? Camera looks quite cute and would probably make a good first DSLR for those looking at getting into this area. I can't get on with such small cameras myself though. Tried the 350D in a shop once and really didn't like the feel of it. I like a more robust body that balances nicely with a good hefty lens (like a Zuiko 7-14mm or 85L).

Nice. But only interesting to new 4/3 users, I guess. I do not see myself replace my E300 with this one.
Same for E330 or E500 users ?

Guess we know what the "miniature attack" is now.

Argh, no US release. I would have given this a serious consideration, despite the fact that I haven't really liked the way some of the lower-end Olympus cameras have felt recently. While I like big cameras for balance (D2H, etc.), I also like/have a need for smaller cameras, and this would have fit the bill nicely. Guess I should start looking around for grey imports, or just keep saving up for that Leica M8. LOL

That looks lovely (I like the silver one especially). Shame it'll cost the usual Leica premium, but if I was starting again in digital photography I'd seriously contemplate the M8.

Heh heh, no problem. At least it wasn't like the Nikon models or Canon models, which get minimum three or four threads everytime there's a new one.
