I'm sort of disappointed on first reading. I'd have thought that just having Live View from the main sensor would have meant the viewfinder would be brighter as there is no need for the semi-transparent mirror needed by the secondary sensor as in the E-330, but it seems that it's left in? Having white balance is a benefit compared to the E-330, but not something I've personally really needed to see. Using AF in Live View seems like something that would be more of a gimmick than a useful option due to the lag involved while the mirror drops in and out :-\.

My biggest dissapointment is that I don't see, at least initially, a better performance at the asking price but we'll see how they do ISO 1600. I mean I wanted to see at least 4 fps and 8 frames. Apparently they can do 6 in a row but it's only 3 fps. I do like the interface a lot though- if it is what it looks like. But again, at the asking price I wanted some more things.... like weatherproofing...

Yes, the interface is great. I suspect they didn't do the high-performance stuff like frames per second as it's pitched at a market that don't need or want that sort of thing. I would think it's aimed more at the 'old school' user who wants something fairly elegant and has the money. Sort of a Leica but dropped down a peg or two.

I havent taken the time to jump over to dp review yet, but did they hint at if they were going to be selling that leica lens seperatly for other 4/3 system owners to purchase?
