Default Care for some tuna for dinner?

While docked at Manta, Equator, on Jan. the 11th, we got to see a boat load of yellow fin tuna being unloaded from the boat to waiting trucks. The boat had been out to sea for 2 months and this was their load. It took over 8 hours for them to empty the holds on the finishing boat. This was a fascinating process to see.

I can't imagine myself to be in a boat for 2 months.
