Default Almond Scones

Second attempt at shooting some food. My daughter made these for my husband for Father's Day. Hope they look as delicious as they were.

Thanks to Brooks for his suggestions last time. First one shot at f11, other 2 at f16. What a difference that made. First was also window light and a reflector, other two are gridded stripbox rear left and reflector front and right. This time I resized the images to 700 pixels longest side.

Comments and suggestions welcome and appreciated.

Margaret,

You've got nice light in these shots. I like the last shot but would move the front piece of scone to the right side of the plate and rotated it to catch the light on its interior like the other scone.
