We all understand that these shots are stunning....but so many of the shots that you took with your 5D and posted on the net were also stunning. You have said that these shots have not done justice in this format (web) and I understand that. Therefore I conclude that the Mamiya really excels when you see the shots in print format. So........if you are a guy like me who 95% of the time posts his shots to the web and does not go to print - does is it worth the cost of upgradiung to such a camera? I hope this makes sense?

Ah that way
Well you should decide that for yourself I guess.
The depth of the shots can be even seen on the net, if you ONLY work for A3-A4 prints and the web I guess the 5D will be more than enough.

However I LOVE to have good quality even if I work for poststamps

camera like this can win you over in stock photography when they want 90+ meg tiff files

Though I like the portability and....ugh...cost of the Eos system and it compenents.

Stunners, Frank! I think for right now I will invest in improving my studio but you have surely put MF in view for me. I'd love to walk into (you name the place) with a 3' x 5' lifesize image of a model with crystal clarity and just lay it on the table!

I only recently found out the mamiya was out, Id love to be able to warrant owning one one day (or any MF digital). As usual great shots!
