I really like the lighting in the first and last one. In fact I wish I had the opportunity to replicate them. I also most like the composition in the last one, I find it humorous. The others are also good, but more conventional, so they stand out a bit less.

I'd have to admit that pregnant women do indeed present a great photo opportunity that tells an amazing story. The beginning of life, so to speak. Of course really good lighting and colors helps, but you have got that covered.
