Dont know as I would say funny. It does looks a bit off since the hand is cutoff at the wrist and you see a small portion of the upper arm. Is she wearing something on the left hand? I like the idea behind the image, do you have another that is a bit wider that includes more of the arm?

I think that the pose looks pretty natural. The crop may be more the issue in this image.
