Great vivid images, you did chop off her finger in the 1st image though. Lovely set, thanks for sharing.

Nice set. I agree about the fingers & i find the softbox reflection in her right lens distracting.

Yep, let a manicurist clip her nails not the camera in 2 & 3 fingers need to be open and hand positioned so you don't shoot flat into the back of it. You want to show slender graceful hands.

It is a shame that the fingers were cropped, I will try to make sure they are there in new shots.

Also I tried to remove the reflection by playing with the lights but it was always there! Any tips?

Any samples for how she should catch the scarf?

These are very nice images. She should be happy with them. The things I picked up on the most have already been said. The only thing though that really sticks out for me is the softbox reflection...

Nicely done....

The angle of reflection is equal to the angle of incidence so to move the reflection you have to change the angle of either

1. the lights - typically taking them up will do it
2. You, changing the angle of the lens is not the best choice as it changes many other aspects as well
3. The Glasses - try raising the back of the ear pieces to angle the lenses down a bit. It is not noticeable in the pic but the resulting angle will often remove the reflection as will having her dip or raise her chin. If you work with the modeling lights on you can easily see the movement.

Alternatively you can simply clone the reflection out

In the first image I would crop it above the hand, if the fingers were intact I would leave it but retouch out the heavy veins on the back of the hand. As already mentioned hand placement and shape could be improved to present a more feminine hand.

Thanks alot Bobby. Honestly I am inspired by your work and I love how there are very clean and vivid. So I was very happy when I saw my images were vivid also. Getting something like yours was great to me.

Tip no.1 & 3 are just ammazing. It make sense and I am so excited to try it soemtime soon.

I have a note and I wish if you can confirm it or reject it.
I have always used two soft boxes one fill and one main. But this is the first time I use a big reflective umbrella as main light and the soft box for fill and again it is the first time i get crisp and vivid images. Note that I always use the light meter also. So is there a relation that harder light will make more vivid and crisp images that softer light?

Thank you all for your comment and tips. I am really improving because of you. Thanks alot.

I use 2 large soft boxes in the bulk of my work. Hard light can have a crisper feel to it but it is unlikely that it is why you have such vivid color in this set. Strong vivid color is a combination of multiple factors starting with exposure. Simply stated if the image is over exposed your color contrast will be muted.

Other factors
Glass - a quality lens is going to have better color rendition then a kit lens
Camera - some cameras simply render color better then others
Flare - next to over exposure flare is one of the Key culprits many people deal with in studio photography
Post Production - even a low color contrast image can be punched up in post.
What format you shoot and what adjustment you make or don't make will have dramatic impact.

However in this case I would say you simply nailed the exposure and presented or controlled the flare
