Default Corporate event.

Was hired to photograph a 3 day event. The vast majority were candids, and they gave me little instruction. Some group photos as well (one had 200 people in it). Lots of fun.

A LOT of good images in these sets.... Some not so great to people not there. Like the ones showing the "games" might be better for those people in them, or that were there. A lot of these seem like they would be good as stock images. Nice job.

Sweet... but I want to know, how did you get indoor pictures to turn out so good?!?! Flash, high ISO, Etc?

Thanks-
Andrew

Hi Andrew. I used to use bounce flash, and occasionally will if I have to. For all of these, (other than the headshot) they were ambient light, high ISO, monopod on some of them. Fast lenses certainly help. 70-200mm 2.8, and 85mm 1.8 were used for the telephotos 18-35mm 1.8 (crop sensor) and 10.5mm for the wide shots. Client had blue gels on lots of lights in the main room, so was tough getting colors "correct".

The large group shot was a rare, on-camera flash shot.
