Circular arguments rarely go anywhere, Bobby, and I have been trying to avoid this one. My original comment was about the pics not the performer. I simply chose an apt descriptor of the subject because of his behavior that is abundantly obvious in at least one of the pics. “If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck etc….” comes to mind. We could have avoided the rest, but you asked for my opinion and I gave it. Although you had asked for it and acknowledged that I was entitled to it, you proceeded to give me a ration of crap about it. None of your question, my response, and your lecture has any relevance to the original post or my original comment. I’d like to agree to disagree and leave it at that.

Sorry Bobby..... yes, got your comment mixed up with Medowarks. It was uncalled for whether a person likes someone or not, its not anyone's place to diss an artist. You were very clear and I agree with you 100%.

OK, ok people..

We are all entitled to opinions. However, one of the first things that I enjoyed upon joining the camel, was that it was a place for photographers to discuss the art of photography and to provide constructive critique. Whether or not Ludacris is an idiot is NOT photography, and may in extreme cases open the case for legal action (could be character defamation) and people have been sued for less.

Whomever, Ludacris may be, he is a person and an entertainer (he falls in that general category) and we have to respect that.

Let's try to stay in focus, and discuss what really we are all here to discuss..... photography.

Defamation—also called calumny, vilification, traducement, slander (for transitory statements), and libel (for written, broadcast, or otherwise published words)—is the communication of a statement that makes a claim, expressly stated or implied to be factual, that may give an individual, business, product, group, government, or nation a negative image. This can be also any disparaging statement made by one person about another, which is communicated or published, whether true or false, depending on legal state. In Common Law it is usually a requirement that this claim be false and that the publication is communicated to someone other than the person defamed (the claimant)
