hi!
here is the video I've been making last few days... Lonac painting a wall here in Zagreb. Nice family portrait ![]() the question is... why do my timelapse sequences have glitches...? i have arranged the photos in after effects 25 fr/sec, and exported everything from premier pro also in 25 fr/sec... but the image is not as smoothe as it should be... thanx for any sugestions, Silk __________________

Timelapse using 'sharp' frames can challenge the codec's ability to fit it all within the permitted bandwidth.
Adding some frame blending can often help. |

That's a cool video! Been meaning to start getting into time lapse. Awesome.

I'm wondering if it's a function of the mechanism you're using for the movement.

Nop, the timelapse movement is done in after effects... even when I leave it with no movement the twitching is here... but I think I know what it could be... the cheap trigger/timer might not shoot corectly... it seems like every tenth frame is a little late... that might be it... i'll try other trigers and see... thanx all, cheers, silk |

Could also be that it is a file originally coded at 29.97 FPS and then cut down to 25?

nop, the file that has this twitches is a timelapse project from after efects, imported pics are aranged to a 25 frame rate from the very start... might also be the slow memory card so every few minutes the buffer was full and the pic wasn't taken in the right moment but delayed and so... I'm sure it is that or the triger itselfe cheers s __________________
