Default Need help with monitor around $200

Hey all,
My old crappy monitor is on the fritz and I need a new one. I have no idea what to look for or what all the mumbojumbo things mean. I am in a budget of around $200 or so. I currently have an old aquaview 7gs and I think anything would be an improvement. If yall could give me some recomendation it would be much appreciated.

I just got an acer 23" H233H from best buy and it is very nice. Vivid colors, and I don't know what they call it but when seen at different angles you don't get that wierd lose of image. Paid about 210.00 I think. Check it out.
