Default Digital Scrapbooking

I need advice on digital scrapbooking software. I'm putting together a graduation book for my daughter and want a good reasonably priced software. Also, once I have the pages together what's the best way to bind.

I have both PhotoShop Elements and Paint Shop Pro. Both are good programs. Paint shop pro is a little more user friendly than Elements. Sorry, Can't help you with the binding. You can use companies such as Photobook to make your book for you.

Elements is a great program for this. For help in doing the Scrapbook thing your best bet would be in the Elements Village. There are a lot of people there that are into it and can lend a hand. They are very friendly and willing to help out just like the group of friends we have here.

Macs come with iPhoto a.o. For FREE. With iPhoto you can make and order any scrapbook/photo album – with text – that you like easy-peasy.

Looky here: How to make scrapbooks/photo albums with iPhoto.

I don't know what's involved in digital scrap booking per se but GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program) is a great image editor without being too complicated. It's also free and runs on just about any type of computer (MAC, PC, *nix).

Unless you have skill at binding/printing/scrap booking it may be best to outsource that part, either locally or online.
