Default Free: Windows mobile flash calculator

I'm (trying!) to learn manual flash and though one day wouldn't it be handy if I
could find a flash calculator for my windows mobile device.
My search didn't turn one up and since I happen to know C# for my job
I thought I would write one myself.

It's fairly simple and obvious to use:

In its simplest just insert the guide number for you flash in the top right box,
then by changing the ISO/power you can see either the distance or F-Stop for said.

On start-up the field in green (F-Stop) is calculated based upon whatever
is entered in distance.
If you specify an F-Stop then distance turns green and that will be calculated.

Now for the handy feature.
If your flash has a sheet of Guide-Numbers at given focal lengths you can enter them into a
simple text file which the app will read at start-up.

When you select your flash (bottom right box) the top left box will allow you to select
the a F-Length which will in turn enter the correct guide number (top right).

To install just copy the cab file over to your mobile device and double click it
(in file explorer).
It will moan about not being signed (as will the actual app first time its run).
I dont have a personal certificate to sign it with.

Once installed there will be a new shortcut in you Progams.

To add a flash GuideNumbers create a text file like this:

Code:
105:55
80:50
70:46
50:42
35:36
28:30
24:28
17:15
So thats focal length (mm) a colon then the Guide-Number (Metres).
Save the file as GN_xxxx.txt (where xxxx is to describe your flash,
e.q. GN_580ex.txt).

Copy your created file into Program Files\FlashCalc on your mobile device
and you are all set.
I have provided a few popular ones already to get going.

It's important to follow the .txt file creation as above since the app
has no error checking to validate the input (in other words it will crash
if you enter something dumb!
).

The default flash guide numbers are in a file called GN.txt in the install
directory. Just edit this if you want it to load at startup.

Also you can specify the GN file to load at start-up with a command line
argument in in the short cut (Google for how to do this).

This is offered free (obviously comes with no warranty or support), but
you are more than welcome to ask me questions or distribute it (as long as
I get a mention!).
