Default Adobe Bridge Setup files

I've got a couple of upgrade programs that need to be installed into the new Adobe Bridge setup files. Can anyone give me a hint as to how to go about this?

All of the examples that show me the way to get to it includes files that I can't find on my computer. Windows/pc/Vista Adobe CS4/bridge

boyoboy .. I can't make heads nor tails of what you are asking there Harry.

in the interim, dump bridge and use LR for your browser and DAM. I know ... old dog - new tricks ... but once you start using LR (and launch files into PS from there) you will never use bridge again.

I use a proofmaker program in photoshop once in a while that will also run from Bridge. The instructions for getting it to run in bridge is to insert the script into the following file.

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Startup Scripts CS4\Adobe Bridge􀀁

The problem that I have is that this is the only file string I have:
C:\program files\common files\adobe

I understand from reading around that CS4 and Bridge no longer use a setup file, they use something else that I can't remember right off hand, but that link doesn't get me any farther than I got before.

Not really worried about it, just find it irritating.

Harry ... you need to look in a different directory ...

Start Bridge - Edit - Preferences - Startup Scripts - Click the "REVEAL" button
This will open the folder to where the script should reside

Thanks, that worked. I don't know why the directions couldn't have been written the way that you wrote them.

Because they're written by programmers
