Hello,
I'm wondering if anyone has any advice on a program for me. We shoot tethered for some events, I'd like to be able to take 2-3 photos, pick the best one and then have it print with a pre-made template that includes our border and some text. Then repeat the process 100x. Thanks in advance. __________________

Doesn't shooting tethered require that you use the program that came with your camera?

No, Canon, Nikon, etc release developer tools so software vendors can write their own interfaces. The other method is the software that comes with most cameras allows the photos to be placed in a specific directory as you take the photos. A third party program could monitor that directory and read the image files as they appear.
A program that's popular that does this is Express Digital Darkroom, but a single license is 2-3K, which is out of our budget right now for the 5 copies we need. __________________
