Default Decisions Decisions....

What do you guys recommend? I am looking to do some simple photo editing and am about to purchase a new computer. Should I get a PC or MAC? What is most cost effective long term?

Just looking to get the basic. any input?

Thanks

Long term cost effective? A PC.

I hesitated before stepping over to the Mac camp. In fact, I almost did it last time I changed computer.
Now, with a Mac in front of me, I wish I never bought a PC in the first place.

But that's just me.

My kids keep telling me to get a Mac unfortuately, I use my computer for business as well and am given proprietary software from suppliers for use with Windows. If I call with a problem and I'm running a Mac I'm all on my own! Sooo, it's a PC for me!
