Why go to the considerable trouble, effort, waste, and expense of burning disks, and mailing them through snail mail, when you can send those files with one of the FREE file transfer services mentioned below to anyone who provides an email address (while never clogging their INboxes)? Podmailing.com is FREE and allows transfer of unlimited numbers of files of unlimited size. I've transferred upto 6GB files without a hitch. Yousendit.com is FREE upto 1GB/month with max 100MB per transfer. Pando.com is FREE upto 1GB of files or folders per transfer. Have fun! __________________

Anyway, moving on, my suggestion – not a 'solution' at all, nor ever intended as such – is meant to ease/simplify/speed up the OP's workflow in other areas she mentioned. And save her unnecessary expenses and waste, thus increasing her bottom line profit margin. I take the liberty of assuming that is helpful information for someone running a business. |

Her book/print option does solve the problem, though. It's more work but it keeps image distribution in her control. And, after a length of time, she could go ahead and release electronic images to those who purchased prints. This isn't uncommon in the portrait/wedding market in the US.

I didn't come with the hope to receive exactly the opposite of what I asked for either, but thank you none the less for your links.
