My spam quotient went up dramatically some time ago and it roughly coincided with a freind sending me enails like these. I'm pretty guarded with my email addresses. I think the incredimail people are miining email addresses and selling them to spammers. Their privacy agreement doesn't rule that out at all.

I recomend caution.

Incredimail stuff seems to be caught in our spam filters A LOT at work(probably how they link stuff). So even it it wasn't a spyware issue, you have a higher change that your emails will get caught in some filter somewhere.
