Cool corel paintshop X2
I recently bought the Corel editing program and I believe it is defective....Once it is loaded in my computer, my computer constantly freezes up. I have searched their web site but unable to find an e-mail address. Can anyone help me?

Can you uninstall it? Delete it good? So that no shifty little associated dll's or registers or other code remains active in the background?
First order of business is to get your PC back running the way it was prior to installation of Paintshop, imo.

I had the exact same problem. Had something to do with me having a AMD 64 processor. I bit the bullet, called corel tech support and after a lengthly hold time, they e-mailed me a fix. When I downoladed it and installed, everything worked perfectly.
