Default Poll: Notebook or desktop?

Which type of computer do you use most often - overall, not just for photo editing?

JD

For what sort of function - for sufing and forum stuff a laptop on wireless so that I can watch the TV and have a beer - for Post Processing desktop due to the screen etc

So in actual fact I probably use a laptop the most

My laptop is on permanent loan to Beth. I use two desktops side by side. Mostly for image management, editing, website design, graphic design, email, IM and riding the Camel. My son uses one of'em to play Runescape when he's around.

Oh, well I do practically everything on my desktop. From email to papers to editing, everything. The only thing I use my laptop for is being out in the field b/c it is better than nothing.

I have a very old tihnkpad but the screen will do 1600x1200 at full colour - it might be slow but the screen is great

I use my laptop for everything. I have a monitor at home on my desk that I hook it up to to edit images, etc. I have a desktop, but use that for my daughters stuff and I do some organizing and pulling files off of CD's on there, but thats the extent.
