I seriously need help - PhotoCamel

I have downloaded and inatlled new Gimp version 2.4.6.
But the software does not start. It shows an error. says Plugin.DLL is missing.
Where do I locate this Plugin . I tried visiting Gimp.org but of no help.

Does Any of my fellow members solve my problem.

Un-instal and try again.
Seeing as it is freeware, it may take a time or 2 to get it right-

Are you running Windows or Linux?

DLL file suggests that the program didnt install correctly. Its looking for that file and cant find it. If you uninstall and reinstall and still dont get it (and this is the only program youre having trouble with) then you might want to look for another program to replace this

A detailed screen shot of the error showing the actual file name would help with the troubleshooting. The file is probably there, but wasn't registered in the Windows Registry, therefore there is an empty pointer. Uninstall, reboot, reinstall, reboot, try the program again. If that fails, search the docs: GIMP - Documentation for a solution.
