Slide Show programs???

I am interested in finding a slide show program that I can add music, burn on either CD or DVD, and most of all is easy.....
I would hope to find one with a trial period so I can be sure that it's what I'm looking for.

If you have a PC, there is actually a free program on there called Windows Movie Maker (Start-All Programs-Accessories-Entertainment). You can sync music to it, not sure about the burning to DVD though. A more advanced program is ProShow Gold: Photodex Corporation - ProShow Gold .

I really second the Photodex software. The Producer version is fantastic and adds quite a few options above the Proshow Gold version.

haraki74, Producer is very nice but it's $249 where Gold is $69. If you have the extra cash it is a nice investment but if you are just getting into slideshows I'd recomend getting your feet wet with Gold. Should you later decide you want Producer, you can upgrade on line for $199.95 (or do the boxed upgrade where you actully get the cd for $219.95). Either way, they are both great programs.

If you are in web design or have your own website, you can also output video files for the web (not photodex's website as that requires viewers to install software to view your slide show). I have done this with WMV files and run them through Windows Movie Maker to lower the file size even more with out degrading the quality.

I got the ProShow gold yesterday....love it!
It is easy to do, makes an excellant program, and with the "sinc" feature you can sinc the music and pictures......so far, I recommend it to anyone! Thanks for everyones input.
