Default Who will get my 1200 bucks...?
Have 1200 bucks to spend on a computer...I love the mac's but am wondering if it would be better to get a great PC rather than an average mac?

I ran Mac's for 10 years. 10 years! Eventually I couldn't handle it anymore.

Which platform do you own software for?

Your investment in software is likely more then the computer, so change is expensive.

I'm a definite PC guy but am going to be the devil for this post...

Is this a replacement machine or a second machine? Consider a Mac in addition to an existing PC for task specific activities?
