This can be accomplished in flash. you may be able to find a free template to get you started. Here is a link to a FLASH Photo book and the next link is a web site that has some templates. Some free some not....

Flash (swf) files can be burned to CDs and there is a program you can install on the CD as well to make a program "auto-run" when it in inserted into a drive.
If you are looking for something that will run on a DVD player, there are programs available for slideshows but they will not let the operator control the pages turning. (that I know of) I may not be understanding exactly what you are looking for? __________________
