I use Firefox at the office on that mac, and I use Safari on my mac at home. Both are great, Firefox is faster but safari has a couple features i like better.
Explorer is Microsoft (nuff said) and netscape is just plain horrible. Try Firefox, i think you'll be pleased. |

Safari just does not cut it for me, It used to quit on me all the time (OS X 10.3) so I went over to Firefox which also works perfectly on Tiger.

I've been using Firefox since the first unstable versions. Love it.

Checked my web stats - 30% of people that visit my site use Firefox.

Firefox has it's moments I've found. I use Mozilla (same engine) at work, and at home stick with Safari on Tiger (I've not had the issues other people have had with this browser). As an aside, IE on a Mac is an unfunny joke and best avoided.

I went through a bit of 'browser wars' myself trying everything I could get my hands on and (after trashing IE) I kept Safari and Firefox. Seeing as FF is cross platform, it's the only Browser I see capable of giving IE a run for it's money -- though really it's no contest.

I find the tabs feature of FF to be very useful. I can move quickly from one site to another. It lets me look up something on one site, copy the link, and paste it in a discussion on another site without loosing my place in the thread.
