Default Graphics cards help

Hey, I upgraded the graphics card in my PC today. The whole machine really seems faster. First thing I did after upgrading was calibrating for photo work.

I was thinking the exact same thing when I saw the post.
As for the graphics card upgrade, what you are noticing is the redraw rate of the card is alot faster. The computer speed has not changed, just the images appear on screen faster.

I'm out of touch on this stuff nowadays but it could be the card is offloading some cycles from the processor.
