inside the bookstore you still can see the remains of the former destination as a church



using only available light same dominic church (now bookstore)

trip 2 to Aachen (germany)

part of the DOM cathedral (unesco world monument)


just a small part , the cathedral it self is build in the busy towncentre of Aachen well known of Carl the great (Karel de Grote)

inside the dom (reaching the limits of the coolpix)

the light was low using high iso 1600 (on a compact camera !) and VR

these are just to show why i haven't been on the forum for the last 5 days...

Nice architecture

Although they seem to be leaning a bit, does your P&S have a grid ? Mine does, I use it all the time. Sadly my dSLR does not have a grid so I have to use photoshop to straighten things out.

Hi craig , i have checked it but the Nikon coolpix L12 does not have gridlines . thanks for the K pal..
