Panasonic Lumix ZS3
I bought a ZS3 in China (the camera was made in Japan)and found I can't copy the video to my laptop, the message says the file gets removed due to different TV system. My laptop was brought from Canada using Windows Vista. Could anyone help to identify the problem and suggestions?

check in the setup if the panasonic is set vor NTSC , than it should work or search for a pal to ntsc convertor programme using google..

I would try Windows XP as it has less restrictions
