I'm thinking about getting this camera: Kodak EasyShare C713 7MP Digital camera for my 8 year old for Cmas. Does anyone have any suggestions or comments to make about this particular camera?

I think that's the same lens as on the C533. If so it's plenty sharp even though it's not S-K branded. I've shot side by by side at airshows and as long as we're using the same focal lengths the C533 stands up well to my Z612.
