I have a Panasonic DMC-FX 100 for a pocket camera. It's description of "slow shutter" is vague. When does it go into effect? How does it affect normal operation? It has specs of a shutter speed of 8 seconds with starry sky mode of 15, 30, and 60 seconds. So, what is slow shutter of 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, and 1 second? Incidentally, I have been pleasantly surprised at it's picture quality.
