Default Tele zoom which one

Looking the biuy a longer lens (i have 70 to 200L is) for a second user and me sometimes, looked @ canon 100 to 400, but push/pull zoom seems difficult to zoom with and keep framed correctly.

So there is the Bigma no IS, sigma 80 to 400 - slow focusing, Tamron 200 to 500 no iS, and a Tokina.

Another issue with the canon lens, apparently on a DS2 is the image quality

Anyone with any experience with any of the above

Trevor
