If money is not an object, I say go with the 5D, easy call. Full frame means that all of Canon's original lenses, which were designed for full frame cameras, will give you the field of view they were intended to provide.

I've got both and they are lovely cameras to shoot with. What sort of nature shooting are you talking about? Are you thinking of birds in flight or something? The better AF and more reach of the APS-C sensor in the 7D can help. With macro having the smaller sensor helps getting more depth of field and again more reach from the same lens. For landscapes yes the 5D will be nicer.
What lenses do you have at the moment as if you are looking for new glass as well this should be in the equation. |

The 7D will give you added depth of field for macro but that's its only advantage for the work you list. The chief benefit of the 5D2 over the 7D is that the 5D2 has less noise at any ISO which will mean better landscapes. The added resolution will also help but that's not a major difference.
Another benefit of the 5D2 for landscapes is that wide angle lenses will be wide angle without the 1.6 crop factor. |

I think either camera will serve you well. Still the price difference between the two models is still substantial. For the savings if you choose the 7D, you can buy lenses.
