What's the grey version? You mean grey import? The MK I 85L seems to be available at a slightly lower price now the MK II has arrived (this is in the UK). I'm not sure if optically it's a significant upgrade, and I find the AF on the MK I slightly slow but workable. Importantly, it doesn't hunt so you know it'll get there in the end... When shooting at f/1.2 I'm finding manual focus works best anway.
