Mirror lockup. Pretty much one of the essentials for great macro photography. While it isn't as important as a tripod, in certain shutter speed ranges, it can be alot more valuable than some realize. It has the ability to make your good lens look sharp.

Your so right. My next most used would be the Sensor cleaning function.

* * * *I try to keep my equipment as clean and dust free as I can on the outside, so it cuts down on trash when changing lens, so I get buy with cleaning my sensior, I guess once every four month's or so. I could go longer but it cuts down on clean up in PS.
