Canon service center's new payment system
Sent a lens in to Canon to have it repaired. Was pleasantly surprised to see that Canon has instituted a new online repair approval and payment system:
www.usa.canon.com/repair Previously, you had to fax, phone, or e-mail an authorization. __________________

I just recently had my 24-70mm f/2.8 repaired (snapped off lens mount); when I went to that page to pay, it didn't give me a way to do so, thus I had to call the payment in anyway.
