Default What is the largest Compact Flash card for a 20D
The manual does specifically state an upper limit. Does this mean I can use a 16 gig card?

You can use CF cards larger than 2 gig in Canon cameras, but if memory serves me right, the camera will not erase cards larger than 2gig. I have stayed with the 2 gig cards in both my 20d and 5d. Someone else may have more input on this.
