The 1DS Mark IV, the successor to Canon's flagship 1DS Mark III, has been under development for an exceptionally long time, and the rumor mill is working overtime these days. I just researched these rumors. Here's a rundown of what people are saying:

It's definitely due out sometime soon! I'm excited, although I can't afford one.
I strongly doubt it's going to have over 30Mpx. IIRC, Canon stated something about not increasing the density of their sensors as a priority. |

They could do what Nikon has done with their high-end D2/D3 cameras. Use the whole sensor for lower speed studio shooting, and use only part of the sensor (and fewer megapixels) for high-speed sports shooting.
