Hi everyone
* What is with this? On 8-5-06 I received a e-mail from Canon that said in part "Please allow 2 weeks to receive your reward".
Then today(4 weeks later) I received an e-mail from Canon that said in part "Please allow 8 weeks for final processing"
I would think with all the high quality products they make that they could at least take a picture of a calendar, maybe even print the picture?* :

I never did reciece mine. First it was because I ordered the camera from the US and had it shipped to Canada. Then I gave a US address and didn't recieve either. I finally gave up on it.

I got mine in about 6 weeks. That was a couple years ago, perhaps the process isn't as smooth anymore.

I sent mine in about 7 weeks ago, After 6 weeks they mailed me a card stating that the UPC wasn't valid on my 5d so I called and the said they didn't have it luckily I had photocopied all the ones I mailed. Still in suspense

I recieved my first E-mail telling me to allow 2 weeks, then, exactly 4 weeks later, i recieved the second e-mail telling me to allow 8 weeks for final processing. Exactly 1 week after the second e-mail, i got my check in the mail. You can check the status of your rebate if you go here.

Thats why i didn't stress about the e-mails too much, i just checked there every other day or so, haha.

good link, been there befor but I wasn't in the system yet. now I am , I've completed 3 of 4 steps and they will mail it soon. they recived it on 7/20/06.
