I've always had great success with B&H. They have a fantastic online ordering and tracking system, and the one time I had to return something it was very straightforward. Amazon and Adorama are both good too, but I've had a few issues with both of them so I usually start with B&H.

I've generally had good luck with eBay purchases (MrStudio One / Gadget Infinity and some others), but as always with eBay, while there are some gems, you often "get what you pay for".

Realising of course, that on a price / quality ratio the cheaper products can compete with the dearer ones.

But to answer your question, I've brought stuff from B & H also, and had no problems with them. I purchased a PhotoTek Softlighter and a boom stand, both delivered in like a week or so.

In the past I found out that most of the ebay offers were more expensive as all of the said retailers, because of the shipping costs.
That really ticks me off on ebay, luring with low prices and add insane shipping costs.

This particular trick isn't limited to eBay. Anytime you see an online retailer with a too-good-to-be-true product price, get your total out-the-door price incl s&h. Sometimes it's an eye-opener.

B&H Enuff said. Great folks on the phone and customer service second to none.

Aside, I believe Wolf/Ritz has emerged from bankruptcy. I don't use them. Mail ordering from NY saves me better than 8% in sales tax.
