Default Sensor clean products

What do you guys prefer to clean your sensor?

I hear good things about the Dust-Aid.

About how often should I clean the sensor?

Anything I should be careful with while cleaning a sensor?

I use Sensor Swab because it was available quickly at the local photo store and I had another shoot. Works well enough. I've heard good things about Copperhill, too.

I don't clean until I see dust spots. I take a test shot every once in a while, though, to check. Put a clean lens on the camera, set it to Av with f22 or higher, ISO100, manual focus on infinity. Then shoot the clear blue sky (manual focus because the camera will hunt for something to lock on). Check the image for dust spots (round out of focus darker spots but still blue).

No dust = no cleaning.

Read the tutorials ohenry posted or the ones on the Copperhill site. They'll go over gotchas.
