Yeah I've never liked the Canon straps - nor the Olympus ones I use either. Both are pretty inflexible. I use an Optech strap these days and it's very comfortable. Still, I've placed my order for a free Smugmug strap as I'm fed up advertising Optech for no return

I have never used a strap until I bought my Sony. Not sure 100% was is classified as a great strap but it does its job. Little stiff but I just figured I needed to break it in. But I want my SmugMug!!!

However, it is good marketing because the strap is good and the SmugMug service is awesome. ![]() We tested all Canon, Nikon, Olympus, and Sony straps and decided to custom make a strap that everyone should really love. No sense in sending out a crappy strap that no one will wear. It is a neopryene soft strap that has just the slightest give. Markham |

Thanks, Brian.
Honestly and originally I was a little confused about the Voyager C and Transporter. But after reading your post I did a little research and found out that there are two versions of Voyager. Glad you like the C version. Side note: I requested the SM strap. Hope this will help the family to visit my site. Don't get "thanks uncle" much ![]() ![]() |

I have one DSLR and two 35mm SLR cameras, each one I could grab for a different use each time. Someone could ask, "How many cameras do you need?" Other than those three, I have four point and shoot digital cameras, two 35mm P&S, and five medium format cameras. Yeah, the MF ones are more like garage queens (sitting on a shelf looking pretty), but they work too. As for the MF cameras, blame my Uncle for starting me on that kick. He gave me my Grandfathers camera. ![]() |
